Founded in 2023, CONNCAB is a company driven by innovation and built on more than 20 years of mechanical and electrical expertise. Our focus is on intelligent electronics, production, and assembly, delivering cutting-edge solutions for clients across various industries. What sets us apart is our ability to take a problem, no matter how complex, and turn it into an opportunity for innovation. The inception of CONNCAB is rooted in one such challenge—a challenge that led to the creation of our flagship product and paved the way for the company’s launch.

It all began when one of our customers approached us with a persistent issue: they were struggling with the installation of a telematics system behind a tachograph. The process was lengthy, expensive, and inefficient, requiring the involvement of a skilled technician. Even after the time and effort invested, many of these installations were not approved by the major truck manufacturers, causing delays and additional costs. This was a problem that affected not only our customer but many others in the industry.

Rather than accept these inefficiencies as the status quo, we set out to find a better way. Our team of engineers and experts pooled their knowledge and began brainstorming possible solutions. We wanted to develop something that would not only solve the immediate problem but also create long-term value for our customers. We knew that the solution needed to be easy to install, significantly reduce costs, and most importantly, be pre-approved by truck manufacturers to eliminate the usual roadblocks.

After extensive development, we came up with a certified plug-in solution that addressed all of these challenges. This device was designed to fit seamlessly into the existing systems, drastically reducing installation time and eliminating the need for costly technician involvement. Additionally, because our solution was certified and approved by truck manufacturers, our customers no longer had to worry about delays or additional costs due to manufacturer rejections.

This breakthrough not only solved the immediate problem but also laid the foundation for what CONNCAB would become—a company dedicated to intelligent solutions that simplify and optimize processes. But our journey doesn’t stop at telematics or the trucking industry. While the success of our plug-in solution demonstrated our ability to innovate within that specific space, it also highlighted the broader potential of our expertise. We realized that the same principles—streamlining installation, reducing costs, and ensuring regulatory approval—could be applied across various industries.
